Meditation Mentorship: 6-Pack

Service Description

This Meditation Mentoring 6-pack will provide you with: -6 Zoom meetings where we will do a live meditation, talk about your goals for our time together, and I will provide you with practical exercises to utilize until our next session. -6 email/text check-ins between each session to see how you are doing and if you need any support. -Tools that you will have with you for the rest of your life and a new sense of grounded-ness like you have never felt before. -You will be prompted to book an initial session upon check-out, during that session we will discuss what frequency you would like to check-in at and we will create a standing appointment for your remaining 5 sessions. *All sessions will be held over a live Zoom call unless otherwise specified* I will send you a Zoom link no later than 2 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancelation Policy

For any appointments, I will wait up until 10 minutes for you to connect. If you do not connect within 10 minutes, the appointment is considered missed as a no-show. There are no refunds for no-shows or missed appointments. If you need to cancel or wish to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance via email.
